1. The Promoter

 

• Promoter: Melissa Dawn Jones (ABN: 88 064 838 344), trading as CRESSY HOME CLEANING & LAUNDRY SERVICES of TAS 7302.

• Affiliate Disclosure: The Promoter is an affiliate of Clean Like A Pro and receives a commission on purchases made using the promotional link/code. This commission is used to fund the prize pool.

 

2. Eligibility & Entry

 

• Eligibility: Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who reside in the State of Tasmania and are able to receive cleaning services at their residential address within the following postcodes:

  • 7248, 7249, 7250 (Launceston)

  • 7290, 7291, 7301, 7302, 7303, 7304, 7305, 7306, 7307 (Meander Valley & Northern Midlands)

• Exclusions: Employees of the Promoter, Clean Like A Pro, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

• Entry Requirement (Purchase): To receive one (1) entry into the draw, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotion Period:

  1. Purchase any product or product bundle from the Clean Like A Pro website using the affiliate link: https://cleanlikeapro.com.au/cressyhcals

  2. Use the specified coupon code: CRESSYHOMECLEANING at the point of checkout.

• Multiple Entries: Each valid and separate purchase made according to the Entry Requirement during the Promotion Period will constitute one (1) individual entry. There is no limit to the number of times an eligible entrant may enter the draw.

• Purchase Price Condition: The entry condition requires the purchase of goods at their normal retail value, with no additional charge for entry into the draw.

 

3. Promotion Period & Draw Details

 

• Promotion Period: The promotion commences on Wednesday, 12 November 2025 at 10:00 AM AEDT and closes on Saturday, 20 December 2025 at 11:59 PM AEDT.

• Draw Method (Game of Chance): The draw will be conducted as a random Game of Chance. The winner will be selected randomly via an approved electronic drawing system, ensuring all entries have an equal and random chance of winning.

• Draw Date & Time: The draw will take place on Monday, 22 December 2025 at 10:00 AM AEDT.

• Draw Location: The draw will be conducted online using an approved electronic drawing system and can be supervised by a non-participating independent party upon request.

 

4. The Prize

 

• Prize: Six (6) Weeks of FREE Premium Home Cleaning.

• Value: The total maximum prize value is $600.00 AUD (calculated as 6 x 2-hour cleans at an average rate of $50.00/hour).

• Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, must be utilised at one residential address within the specified service postcodes, and must be completed by 30 April 2026.

 

5. Winner Notification & Publication (Mandatory Conditions)

 

• Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.

• Winner Publication: The winner's first initial, last name, and suburb will be published on the Promoter's Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/CressyHomeCaLS/) and website (https://www.cressyhcals.com.au/) for a minimum period of twenty-eight (28) days, commencing by Wednesday, 24 December 2025.

 

6. Unclaimed Prize Draw (Mandatory Condition)

 

• Prize Retention Period: The prize must be claimed by the winner within a period of three (3) months from the original draw date.

• Unclaimed Prize Redraw: If the prize remains unclaimed after 3 months (i.e., by Monday, 23 March 2026 at 10:00 AM AEDT), an unclaimed prize redraw will take place at the same time and location as the original draw. The redraw winner will be notified and published in the same manner.

 

7. General Conditions

 

• Data Use & Privacy: Personal information is used for administering the competition and future marketing, as outlined in the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

• Record Keeping: The Promoter will maintain all records relating to the conduct of the promotion for a period of five (5) years.
